By using Get4file services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

1. Content at Get4file

In principle, users are permitted to save any file with Get4file, irrespective of the file format or file content. However, files whose possession and/or
distribution is illegal are excluded from this, such as

* Child pornography and other content related to child exploitation
* Content promoting racism or violence or any other criminal activities
* Content which violates third party copyrights

Get4file will immediately block such content after being notified of it and delete these files after an inspection phase. Furthermore, it will prevent upload of files identical to files previously deleted due to violation of these terms of service.

Get4file is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship with users, who infringe upon these terms of service, without notice, to block the access of said users and/or to delete the accounts of such users including all the contents.

2. Data Security

All information about service users is confidential and the administration is committed to protect them against leaks to the network. All data collected in the database Get4file are nowhere available, and the data are collected only for statistical purposes.

3. Spamming

Get4file does not endorse spamming our download links in order to generate downloads and revenue. We take no responsibilty for any damages caused by our users while spamming files and pages hosted on our server. Every user must comply with the spam laws of their area of residence.

4. Disclaimer

You agree to compensate the damages, including reasonably necessary legal services' fees, and not to hold Get4file and its affiliates and branches, management, employees and agents responsible for any claims and requirements based on your use of the Service; or infringement of the present Agreement by you or other policies, decisions and conditions by Get4file.

5. Prohibitions

Users will be permanently banned and earnings revoked:
a) Download own files, with or without a proxy.
b) Creating multiple accounts for one user.
c) Sharing premium accounts - multiple users of one premium account
d) Download your own files continuously, download another's file, offer cash incentives to downloaders, others into continuously
downloading your own file, obtain downloads in an illicit manner such as, but not limited to, an automated bot.

6. Abuse management

Illegal files shall be immediately removed. Moreover, the files shall be added to a special filter that will prevent the files from appearing again. Please report files of the kind to the abuse department. Make sure you send us the link to the file.
